well if Halloween was a girl and had a face, it would be a sugar skull! duh!!! how cool and amazing are these skulls. some artists are a bit more creative than others but here is a tut that is easy, sexy & all about halloween. these sugar skulls only look good if they are paired with a crazy wig or a crazy hair accessiory, like a huge flower or a hat.
